At Chemist Warehouse Optometry, we want you to love your new frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eyewear within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the glasses in their original hard case and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
