How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. For prescription lenses, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for our laboratory to custom-craft your lenses to your exact specifications.
What is your return policy on fashion frames?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for non-prescription frames, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your designer sunglasses authentic?
Yes, all our designer frames and sunglasses are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized global distributors and include the original brand packaging and certificates where applicable.
Do you offer health fund rebates for eyewear?
Yes, Chemist Warehouse Optometry is a registered provider. Once your order is processed, we provide an itemized tax invoice containing our provider number so you can claim your rebate directly from your health insurance provider.
